1. About ink shortage or water leakage.
The marker is a double-headed marker. It may have been stored upright for extended periods during storage and transport. This may cause water to rise to the top of the marker. To do this, we recommend gently shaking the marker back and forth a few times with the cap on.
Alcohol is the main solvent in the marker, so put the cap on the marker when not in use to prevent the ink from evaporating.
2. About the color difference of the cap and the ink.
The color difference between the cap and the ink occurs due to the different materials, the deviation in color is quite normal.
The colors in the computer screen photo on the BOL.com product page may differ from the actual color. Due to the brightness, contrast, and intensity settings on your computer screen, the color is not reflected. We recommend creating a color chart before use and then referring to the color chart using the number on the pen cap.
Using different types of paper with different pH and water content is not always the same, which means the color of each drawing can be different.
A problem with the fine point.
The vacuum created when removing the cap may cause the ink to temporarily not flow properly. Gently press the marker to fix this.
3. About the smell of the marker. The marker uses alcohol as the main solvent for the ink, the ink
has an alcoholic taste, alcohol is volatile and that is the odor you smell.
