Refund policy

Returns within 30 days

You can register your purchase for return within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Return shipping costs and dropping off your return

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. You can also drop off your return by appointment; in that case, you will of course pay no return shipping costs. To arrange an appointment, email info@seprio.nl.

Exception: is the product defective, or have we sent the wrong product? Please contact us first. We will arrange an appropriate solution; in that case, the customer will not have to pay any necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after you notify us of your return. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever happens first.
